Hunting High and Low Tour 2019 – 2022

In November 2018, a-ha announced their next tour would focus on playing their debut album Hunting High and Low in full, along with a selection of other songs.

They were backed on stage by Karl Oluf Wennerberg (drums), Even Ormestad (bass) and Erik Ljunggren (keyboards).

The tour started in Ireland in October 2019. But after playing 29 concerts in Europe, Russia, Dubai, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, the tour was abruptly put on hold in March 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

After two years and several attempts at rescheduling the dates, the tour finally resumed in South America in March 2022, before moving on to Mexico, USA and Europe. In June and July 2022 they played a number of European festivals, before heading to Brazil and USA, including a concert at The Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

The 10 songs of the Hunting High and Low album were played at every show until May 20th 2022:
Take on Me, Train of Thought, Hunting High and Low, The Blue Sky, Living a Boy’s Adventure Tale, The Sun Always Shines on TV, And You Tell Me, Love is Reason, I Dream Myself Alive, Here I Stand and Face the Rain.

A total of 15 other songs were also played during the tour:
